Much of the work we do at Wheal Jane Consultancy is needed as a result of the rich mining heritage of Cornwall and the South West.
The legacy of that great industry presents both problems and opportunities. Our land and property services ensure that the risks associated with ground stability and contamination, along with all other potential risks, are properly identified and managed on behalf of property and land owners.
The positive side of our mining heritage is the rich character of the landscape, so strongly influenced by the natural geology and the unique and distinctive post-mining industrial archaeology of the region.
